Red Teams - Highest level team available in each age group. Previously referred to as Open/National teams. Designed for players who are looking for the highest available level of competition as they will travel to several multi-day tournaments outside the region. Will practice 3 times per week.

White & Blue Teams - Travel teams that attend more single-day tournaments plus 1-3 multi-day tournaments as close to home as possible. These teams - previously referred to as Club Teams - typically practice once during the week and once on weekends.

Instructional League - Designed for beginning volleyball players age 6-12 who want to HAVE FUN while they learn about the game of volleyball. Sessions will be on Sunday afternoons at Northside HS and will start sometime after New Year's.

Volleyball Academy - Designed to provide volleyball instruction for players age 12-17 who want to improve their volleyball skills but are not participating on a travel team. Various RUV coaches will be brought in to teach different skills during sessions that will be held on Sunday afternoons at Northside HS, starting after New Year's.
